We are not a government agency, we are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any other government body.

All visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We do not and cannot guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, or processing times. Our role is to help you prepare an accurate, well-organized application.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for reviewing all documents before submission and for the final accuracy of information provided to any government authority.

Service fees cover consulting, document preparation, and support and are payable as agreed. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Genius Getaway is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from government decisions, delays, or information provided by the client.
