How refunds work for our document preparation and application support services.

Our fees cover consulting, document preparation, review, and support. Because these services are performed and delivered regardless of the final government decision, fees for completed work are generally non-refundable.
As stated in our Disclaimer and Terms & Conditions, we do not guarantee visa approval. A refusal by a government authority does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund, as the preparation services were still fully rendered.
If your application is refused, we offer re-preparation support to help you understand the reasons and strengthen a future application, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
If you cancel before substantial work has begun, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, less any costs already incurred. Requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Submit refund requests to info@geniusgetaway.com with your name and case details. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
